•  NO SMOKING inside the cabins. All cabins are non smoking. There is a $250 fine if smoke is detected inside the cabin

  • Must be 21 or older to make a reservation. At least one person staying in the cabin must be 21.

  • NO PETS are allowed, no matter how small or well behaved. Service dogs are permitted with prior approval.

  • Check in is at 4 pm

  • Check out is at 11 am

  • No loud music, microphones or speakers after 10 pm. Noise complaints may result in removal from the property with no refund.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - If cancelled more than 45 days from check in date, all money paid will be refunded less a 10% processing fee of the reservation total. If cancelled 45 days or less from check in date, all money paid is forfeited.

  • The Hideout on the Horseshoe, LLC and its owners are not responsible for any accidents you or a guest may have on the property. If an accident occurs on the property, your personal insurance must cover all expenses, including but not limited to, emergency room fees, ambulance fees, doctor or hospital visits. Jumping and/or diving off the deck or pavilion is strictly prohibited. Any accident(s) resulting from jumping or diving off the deck or pavilion is not the responsibility of the owners of the Hideout. No rope swings allowed on the property. All financial responsibility, as a result of an accident falls solely on the injured person and/or their guardian.
